Objectives

  • The course covers all stages of the quote to cash process that are essential to get payment on time. It starts from trade negotiations until the payment is received.
  • It provides to trainees methods and tools to avoid unpaid invoices and improve cash flow and working capital requirement of their business.
    On each subject are associated some theory / methods and some practical cases with appropriate tools (model of contract, Excel calculation tools / reporting of DSO ... etc..).
  • The goal is that each person trained is able to immediately implement principles and tools presented during the training in its business.
  • Each participant has access to the site and to its 100 credit management tools for a period of one year.
