Here are the new features recently added to MY DSO MANAGER:
They are related to the ergonomy of the tool with the quick search feature, the languages available on dunning documents for statements of accounts and data retrieved with #Hashtags and a facility to add quickly a contact for collection when sending an e-mail.
- Find quickly a client or an item directly from the menu with the quick search feature:
- Collection: If when sending a dunning e-mail to a client the e-mail adress of your contact for recovery is missing, a warning message is displayed with a link that will easily allow you to add this e-mail adress:
- 4 new languages have been added to collection scenarios in order your dunning documents and statements of accounts (e-mails and letters) are in the customer's language:
