My DSO Manager is an attractive credit management solution adapted to SMEs, and large groups that offers a set of powerful features to improve cash flow, profitability and customer satisfaction.

You collaborate on innovative projects in a friendly atmosphere with a strong qualitative approach.



The tasks are focused on the follow-up of customers in the implementation phase, training and continuous improvement of My DSO Manager software.

Follow-up of prospects and customers
As part of a team of 5 people, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of My DSO Manager for our clients:

  • Understand the client's organizational and system specifics.
  • Assist customers for the implementation of interfaces
  • Train users
  • Produce demos and sales proposals
  • Propose developments via different ways: internet, networks...etc.

Support and follow-up of customer requests
You participate in the follow-up of the answers brought to the customers' requests within the allotted time on all the aspects of the solution: functional, technical (interfaces), parameter setting, business practices:
  • Respond efficiently to customer requests (by e-mail, phone or video)
  • Propose developments and/or adaptations according to the requests

Required profil:

With a minimum of 2 years of higher education, you have at least a first experience in a credit management / cash collection and/or implementation of softwares.

  • Bilingual, you are able to communicate orally and in writing in technical English

Permanent contract. Post based in Meylan (38240, accessible by bus C1) to be filled as soon as possible. Full time with RTT (36 hours of effective work per week with 6 days of RTT per year).
Remuneration starting from 45 K€ according to profile and experience, compagny savings plan, restaurant card, health insurance.
