Automation in credit management is transforming the way finance teams manage the Order-to-Cash process, but the real question is no longer whether to automate. It is how to do it effectively.

On 17 June, My DSO Manager is delighted to join the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) for a practitioner-led discussion exploring how credit teams are applying automation across credit management, collections, credit risk, disputes and cash application, while maintaining the judgement, control and customer focus that remain essential to business performance.

Rather than focusing on technology alone, the discussion will examine real-world experiences, lessons learned and practical approaches from professionals who have led credit transformation initiatives across a variety of industries.
